Hi, I’m Dina, and I proudly serve as the Supervisor for the Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) at Palomar College. Since 2017, I’ve been dedicated to empowering students through EOPS at Cuyamaca College and Southwestern College. Before diving into the world of higher education, I honed my skills in the private sector for over five years in the vibrant city of Chicago, IL.
As a first-generation college graduate, I intimately understand the hurdles and triumphs of navigating higher education. My passion lies in ensuring that EOPS students have the support, resources, and encouragement they need to succeed and flourish at Palomar College. Every day, I strive to make a positive impact on their lives and help them achieve their dreams.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me exploring new places, listening to podcasts, or enjoying quality time with family and friends. I believe that a strong, supportive community is the cornerstone of success, and I’m committed to fostering that environment for our students.
