Meet with a counselor for up to 15 minutes to get quick help with registration, class selection, prerequisites, campus resources, and more

Location: San Marcos Campus Counseling Office

No appointment required! Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

Working, busy, or unable to stop by during the week? Join us for extended counseling drop-in hours on Saturday, August 22, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

New to Palomar College? We’re Here to Help!

Join one of our Educational Planning Workshops, a counselor-led group session designed to help you prepare for your first semester at Palomar College. These workshops help new students understand the educational planning process, select appropriate courses, and get started with confidence.

During the workshop, you will:

  • Learn how educational planning works
  • Receive first-semester course recommendations
  • Create a one-semester educational plan
  • Ask questions directly to a counselor

Whether you’re unsure which classes to take or have questions about getting started, our counselors are here to help.

Ideal for students who have not yet selected their first-semester classes or would like guidance on where to begin.
