Support Apps
- Soluna – a free, safe, and confidential mental health support app designed to meet Californians between the ages of 13-25 wherever they are in their journey. In the Soluna app, you’ll find a wide variety of mental health resources and tools so that you can find the support that’s right for you including: interactive tools, coaches, unique content, your digital journal, breathing exercises & meditations plus community forums.
Support Groups
- Courage to Call – provides veteran peer support, community outreach, access to resources through information and referrals, and solution-focused brief counseling to Veterans, Active Duty, Reservists, National Guard, and their families. The free, confidential, Veteran-staffed helpline can be reached at 877-698-7838 from 8am-8pm.
- NAMI Support Groups – local support groups for mental health, including virtual and in-person meetings and groups for families and peers.
- SAMHSA – support groups for mental health, drugs and alcohol.
