- Self-Registration
- Students can self-register for study rooms using the Study Room reservation form.
- Eligibility
- Study rooms are exclusively available to currently enrolled Palomar College students.
- Time Limit
- Rooms can be reserved for up to 3 hours.
- Personal Belongings
- Do not leave personal items unattended in study rooms.
- Leaving belongings in a room does not reserve it for future use.
- The ATRC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Room Access
- ATRC staff may enter study rooms at any time.
- Furniture and Equipment
- Furniture must remain inside the study rooms.
- Do not move or disconnect any equipment.
- Permitted
- Food and beverages allowed.
- Prohibited Activities
- Staff may ask users to leave for:
- Excessive noise
- Vaping or smoking inside the study room
- Using the space for personal entertainment (e.g., video games)
- Damaging or misusing furniture or equipment
- Staff may ask users to leave for:
- Consequences of Misuse
- Individuals who abuse the facilities may lose access privileges.
- They may also face academic sanctions and/or criminal prosecution.
