Prerequisite Challenge Process
Students wanting to enroll in a World Languages class for which they do not meet the course prerequisite, but have a valid reason to bypass the prerequisite (such as high school coursework or speaking the language at home) can submit the Requisite Exception Petition. This form is routed to the World Languages department for review by the Department Chair and Division Dean. Students will need to be logged in to MyPalomar to access the link and will receive a response via email.
