The Grant Closeout Checklist provides a step-by-step guide to help ensure nothing is overlooked as your project concludes. It supports compliance with federal, state, and institutional requirements throughout the closeout process.

Use this checklist to verify that all financial, programmatic, and reporting activities required under 2 CFR § 200.344 of the Uniform Guidance are completed—either before the end of the performance period or within the 90-day closeout window. Proper closeout helps safeguard audit readiness and maintain the College’s strong record of grant compliance.
