This scholarship is awarded to two international students who started their studies here at Palomar College during the Fall 2016 semester or the Spring 2017 semester (total two awards, 1 award each semester) with excellent academic background. The $250 award will be distributed after the start date of the Fall 2017 semester. This scholarship is not renewable. Scholarship recipients will be chosen based on their academic records, personal essays, and any other related documents.
Requirements:
• Must be F-1 student with I-20 issued by Palomar College for the Fall 2016 semester or the Spring 2017 semester
• Enrolled full-time for the Fall 2017 semester
• Must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
• Students who started their studies at Palomar College in the Spring 17 semester must submit a Work in Progress form
• Submit the application, your personal essay, and any other documents to the Office of International Education (SU-103) no later than April 24.  New International Student Scholarship Application
