International applicants to the Palomar College International Student Program are generally required to submit proof of English competency in the form of an official TOEFL test score report showing a minimum acceptable score.
In certain situations, called “Conditional Acceptance”, Palomar College issues a letter stating that the student has been accepted based upon his/her completion of certain requirements while attending specific language schools.
Palomar also has agreements with certain language schools to waive the TOEFL requirement based upon successful completion of specific instruction levels. These agreements are called “TOEFL Waiver Programs”.
