Monday – Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Stop by the office. We would love to see you!

How can I receive my certificate or diploma?

If you completed the Graduation Petition, then your Certificate or Degree will be mailed to your permanent address. The deadlines are Sept 30th for the Fall term, February 28th for the Spring term and June 30th for the Summer session. There is no deadline for CSUGE or IGETC Certification.

If this is my final semester and I won’t return to Palomar College, what do I need to do?

Please complete the Last Semester Questionnaire and send it to internationalstudents@palomar.edu. It is very important that you do this, so we can take care of your SEVIS record appropriately.

If you are transferring to another school, please also send a copy of the Acceptance email that you received and the SEVIS Release Request to internationalstudents@palomar.edu.

What if I want to see a counselor?

The International Student Counselors are available during the Fall and Spring terms. Just email internationalstudents@palomar.edu and tell us what day and time works best for you.

During Summer, you can make an appointment with a general counselor online at Counseling Appointments – Counseling Department (palomar.edu).
