Grant funds for Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs at Palomar College support developing new programs; enhancing existing initiatives; increasing recruitment efforts; improving certificate and degree completion rates; aligning curriculum with current industry standards; and seamlessly transitioning students into high-paying careers.
The CTE Emergency Grant Application is used to request funding for unforeseen, out-of-cycle projects that develop during the academic year. This grant cannot be used for non-CTE programs or to replace funding for ongoing college activities, such as general administrative support or routine equipment and supply replacements.
All applications will be reviewed by the CTEE dean and the appropriate departmental dean, with approval contingent upon fund availability.
