Career And Technical Education Management Application
If you are teaching a CTE Articulation/Credit by Exam course, you need to complete the following steps:
- Create your account in CATEMA if you don’t already have one. Your account and/or class will need system administrator approval.(Teacher adds class into CATEMA each year)
- Guide all your students through enrollment process(to obtain Palomar College ID and open student account in CATEMA )
- Teacher “Accepts” student enrollments in CATEMA
- After final exam Teacher logs into CATEMA
- Assigns course grade
- Assigns final exam grade
- Recommends for credit – yes/no
- College credit is recorded on student’s permanent college transcript for the semester following completion of high school articulated course – noted as “Credit by Exam.”
