The Palomar College Governance Structure and Participation Handbook identifies and describes the different types of governance groups of the College. To create a new governance structure, download and complete the template below and submit the proposal to the appropriate reporting council for approval. Once approved by the reporting council, the proposal will be sent to College Council for final approval.
