Colorado Plateau - Wednesday, May 25 - Wednesday June 1 (8 days, 2 credits)

The magnificence of the Grand Canyon, the wonders of the natural stone arches of Utah, the preserved history of the Petrified Forest await Palomar students. Have you ever wanted to see the multicolored cliffs, one of the seven wonders of the world or hike among the many spires and arches of Utah's famous formations? Then, this is the trip for you. The Geology Program at Palomar College is inviting students on a 8-day, 2 credit field course to the Colorado Plateau. Join us as we explore this uplifted area of the western United States that is home to some of the most iconic National Parks in the country.
