The Evaluations Office provides the following services:
- Graduation petitions for Associate Degrees, Certificates, and Transfer Certification (CSUGE/IGETC)
- Evaluation of transcripts and records for degrees and certificates
- Certification of lower-division general education coursework for transfer to CSU or UC
- Duplicate diplomas
- Course repeat petitions
- Course substitution/waiver petitions
- Diploma and certificate awards
- Academic dismissal petitions
- Academic review committee petitions (exceptions to policy)
- Prerequisite Clearance

PLEASE NOTE: High school and college transcripts which are submitted by other institutions to the Records Office become the property of Palomar College and are not forwarded to other institutions, nor released to the student.
