Interested High School Students (Spring 2024)

Are you a high school student looking to fast-track your journey to the legal world? Palomar College’s Pathway to Law program also includes CCAP high school students who take law-related courses through dual enrollment. Learn more about participating in the Pathway to Law program as a high school student: here

To gain a head start on your legal education and set yourself apart for success, there are a few extra steps you must take as a high school student.

1. Apply to Palomar College application before you can register for classes: here

2. Submit a K12 Special Admissions Approval form to Palomar College’s Office of Dual Enrollment.

3. Once you have completed steps 1 and 2, the Office of Dual Enrollment will register you in LS 145 for Spring 2024 (spots are limited!).

4. Spaces have been reserved for Pathway to Law high school students in Introduction to Law (LS 121) and Legal Ethics (LS 145). Course is FREE!

5. Finally, complete the Pathway to Law School Application to gain all the benefits of program participation including FREE textbooks for required legal studies courses, personalized counseling, and student-focused programs.
