Interested in joining our Emmy Award-winning team and gaining invaluable production experience? Here’s what you need to know:
- This is a capstone/advanced course in Palomar’s Digital Broadcast Arts (DBA) program.
- You do not have to be a DBA major but you must pass or be currently enrolled in our Intro to Studio Production course (DBA 120). Here you will learn the basics of photography, lighting, editing, writing, directing and technical directing.
- Completion or enrollment in DBA 120 does not guarantee you a spot on the Stream Team.
- You must be approved to join by Professor Richison.
- Once approved to join, you need to enroll in DBA 298 – our internship course. This course applies to several production degrees.
- You can enroll in DBA 120 and 298 concurrently (at the same time) – with approval.
- If you’ve completed a semester with the Stream Team and would like to continue working with us, there are opportunities for paid student positions.
- If you have any questions, PLEASE contact Scott Richison – srichison@palomar.edu
