Catalog Description: Principles and techniques of digital non-linear video editing for broadcast TV and film. Overview of Adobe Premiere software program. Application of professional operational and aesthetic editing principles. 

Informal Description: This is an advanced editing course that is largely project based. You’ll learn some advanced techniques while editing a short film, a music video, a lyric video, a commercial, and a movie trailer. The idea is that you’ll have a robust editing reel for use in applying to jobs or admission into a four year institution.
