Catalog Description: Basic principles of broadcast scripting, gathering, and editing of television news and/or sports. Learn the technical studio production elements of a news or sports cast. 

Informal Description: This is our capstone/advanced production course. Each student is responsible for the production of four video packages with interviews or work as a producer or asst. Producer in a broadcast. We produce six broadcasts over the course of the semester.
