FALL SEMESTER/QUARTER ADMISSION
To apply for transfer in fall semester/quarter, apply October 1st through November 30th of the year prior
(i.e. to transfer in Fall 2027, apply in November 2026)

WINTER QUARTER
To apply for transfer into a winter quarter (where applicable), apply July 1st through 31st the summer prior
(i.e. to transfer in Winter 2027, apply in July 2026)

SPRING QUARTER ADMISSION
To apply for transfer in spring quarter, apply October 1st through 31st the fall prior
(i.e. to transfer in Spring 2027, apply in October 2026)

SPRING SEMESTER ADMISSION (UC Merced only)
To apply for transfer in spring semester to UC Merced, apply July 1st through 31st the summer prior
(i.e. to transfer in Spring Semester 2027, apply in July 2026)

NOTE: Most UC campuses only accept fall transfers; please check each individual campus for possible mid-year transfer options.  A few campuses may accept applications after the filing period on a space-available basis.
