UC Transfer Applicant Deadlines

FALL SEMESTER/QUARTER ADMISSION
To apply for transfer in fall semester/quarter, apply November 1st through November 30th of the year prior
(i.e. to transfer in Fall 2011, apply in November 2010)

WINTER QUARTER
To apply for transfer into a winter quarter (where applicable), apply July 1st through 31st the summer prior
(i.e. to transfer in Winter 2012, apply in July 2011)

SPRING QUARTER ADMISSION
To apply for transfer in spring quarter, apply October 1st through 31st the fall prior
(i.e. to transfer in Spring 2011, apply in October 2010)

SPRING SEMESTER ADMISSION (UC Merced only)
To apply for transfer in spring semester to UC Merced, apply July 1st through 31st the summer prior
(i.e. to transfer in Spring Semester 2011, apply in July 2010)

NOTE: Most UC campuses only accept fall transfers; please check each individual campus for possible mid-year transfer options.  A few campuses may accept applications after the filing period on a space-available basis.
