CSU Transfer Applicant Deadlines

FALL SEMESTER/QUARTER ADMISSION
To apply for transfer in fall semester/quarter, apply October 1st through November 30th of the year prior
(i.e. to transfer in Fall 2024, apply in October 2023)

 SPRING SEMESTER/QUARTER ADMISSION
To apply for transfer in spring semester/quarter, apply August 1st through 31st the summer prior
(i.e. to transfer in Spring 2024, apply in August 2023)
NOTE: Not all CSU campuses accept spring applications; check the Filing Status Report on Cal State Apply for more information

WINTER QUARTER
To apply for transfer into a winter quarter (where applicable), apply June 1st through 30th the spring prior
(i.e. to transfer in Winter 2025, apply in June 2024)
