The Palomar Wildlife Club is excited to welcome Hannah St. John from the San Diego Bird Alliance!

Learn about two special species of birds that are local to San Diego County: The Ridgway’s Rail and California Least Tern!

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the habitats, behaviors, and conservation challenges facing these endangered coastal birds. This presentation will explore how wetlands and shoreline ecosystems support these fantastic bird species and why protecting these environments is essential to their survival. Gain insight into our local wildlife and the ongoing efforts to preserve San Diego County’s unique biodiversity.
