PACRA Board members have recently made made presentations to the Palomar College Governing Board during the Public Comments section of the Agenda. Judy Cater, Preident, PACRA, Steve Spear, Vice President PACRA and Judy Dolan, Scretary, PACRA all made presentations. Topics included introducing PACRA to the Governing Board, retirees’ continued contribution to the college and retirees’ concerns about prescription drug coverage and the future of retiree health benefits.
