Join us for an interactive wellness session that explores how shame, guilt, and self-compassion shape our emotional and cultural experiences. Together, we will reflect on how identity and belonging influence our responses to shame, and learn mindfulness tools to build courage, connection, and compassion for ourselves and our communities.
