What if you are not Receiving Cash Aid

If you are a parent experiencing financial hardship and are not currently receiving cash aid from the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), apply for CalWORKs.

Once you are approved for CalWORKs by HHSA, contact Palomar CalWORKs to schedule a “Welcome” appointment.
