At Palomar College TRIO Upward Bound, you’ll find a welcoming community that celebrates higher education. Our program provides college and career readiness to high school students. it is designed to enhance academic and leadership skills of high school students. Students will receive the tools and resources needed in order to achieve their academic and career goals.
The Upward Bound program serves a total of 125 students that are currently at one of our target schools:
- Borrego Springs High School
- Escondido High School
- Fallbrook High School
- Oceanside High School
- Orange Glen High School
- Rancho Buena High School
- Vista High School
