Interval Training

The intent of the interval/circuit training sessions facilitated by Weston Titus, is to build strength and improve muscular endurance through high intensity cardio and body weight workouts. The class format consists of a cardio warm-up followed by a series of compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups at high intensity in 35 second intervals.

As both a personal trainer and a success coach, Weston incorporates goal setting and check-ins throughout the class to keep participants accountable for their individual success plans.

All interval training sessions will begin in G-8. Depending on the fitness plan of the day, the class may take to the track or other areas on campus to vary the workout. No two sessions are the same.
