Gentle Yoga

Please join your colleagues for a wonderful Yoga session with Candace Rose. In this workshop, you will focus on mind, body, and spirit while being guided through gentle yoga poses to increase flexibility and strength. If time permits there will also be a time for meditation focusing on the positivity in our lives.

Yoga will be held virtually on zoom every Thursday from 8:00-9:00 am starting on February 2, 2023.
