The purpose of Red Cards

All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. The ILRC’s Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations, such as when ICE agents go to a home. yourself, provides a guide to seeking legal advice, and describes different immigration options available. Each section below was included to help you create a strategy and build a protection plan.

Consul App Contigo: An app launched by the Mexican government to help assist Mexican immigrants in vulnerable situations, providing quick and safe access to care services, location of consular care offices, relevant information on legal rights and procedures. The app also has a place to store emergency contacts and information about constitutional rights.
