Higher Education Legal Services (HELS) of Jewish Family Services San Diego has partnered with Palomar College to offer FREE immigration legal consultations and services to ALL students, staff, and faculty. HELS is a team of highly qualified legal practitioners who provide culturally competent, trauma-informed, and reliable expertise to the college community in all San Diego and Imperial counties. Virtual and in-person appointments are available Monday-Thursday (please refer to Jewish Family Services San Diego website to assess in-person availability). HELS services include:

- Advanced Parole
- Personal Emergency Planning & Safety Preparedness plans
- Know Your Rights sessions (individual & presentation style)
