- NOTE: To protect confidentiality, the Confidential Release of Information Form and/or any other documentation (i.e. Verification of Disability) can only be sent to a Palomar Student Email Address, or via USPS to the address on file with Palomar College. When sending documentation via USPS, please expect a 3-5 business day turnaround. Students seeking VOD for another college/university’s DRC are encouraged to complete a Consent Form with that institution granting permission for Palomar DRC to release the VOD to the institution/DRC. This Consent Form can be sent to drc@palomar.edu.
