Requisite Exception Form

An online form used by students to bypass a course requisite for approved reasons. Department chairs may review high school coursework, other higher education coursework, AP testing, life experience and other criteria to determine if a student is likely to be successful in the target course. The form is routed to department chair email accounts for a first review.
