Circuit Training: Lindsay Sperling
Tuesdays 12:30pm-1:30pm. Lindsay Sperling is a certified athletic trainer. She guides you through activities that target specific muscle groups. She can help you augment the exercise to your individual ability. This is a fabulous workout.
Meditation: Jessica Horn
Wednesdays 11:30am-12:30pm. Jessica Horn melts the stress away with her guided physical and mental relaxation exercise. Stress melts away as she creates stillness and peace.
Gentle Yoga: Candace Rose
Thursdays 9:00am-10:00am. Candace Rose will increase your strength, flexibility, and centeredness with yoga techniques. The exercises are augmented for your individual ability. She ends each class with 15 minutes of meditation to clear the mind.
Nutrition Challenge: Wendy Corbin
Fridays 1:30pm-2:30pm. Wendy Corbin will host an 8 week journey into understanding nutrition. You will track your food/drink intake, examine nutrient deficiency/excess, talk about nutrient density and why it matters. The goal is to unpack how we fuel our bodies.
