Thank you for serving as your department’s SLO Facilitator. Our SLO Coordinators will guide you as you lead and coordinate the outcomes assessments for your respective department. Facilitator responsibilities and can be found in Article 12.9 of the PFF Handbook. We will post information on this site throughout the school year to help you with your responsibilities.
Assessment Annual Timeline at a Glance
- Start of Semester: Confirm who will serve as the SLO facilitator for the term
- Early Semester: Attend a training session with an SLO coordinator
- Early to Mid Semester: Connect with discipline leads to relay relevant assessment updates
- Mid to End of Semester: Provide assessment support to discipline leads
- End of Semester: Ensure assessment results, summaries, and action plans have been entered in Nuventive for SLOs due to be assessed that term
How to Run SLO Reports for the PRP
Discipline Reports:
Access Nuventive through Single Sign-on. For your discipline, access the left menu item “Course Planning and Mapping” and then select “Assessment Plans and Results.” On the right window pane (expand if not already visible, click on “Course Assessment Report.” Set filters to “Active” for Course Outcome Status and Assessment Method Status.
Program Reports:
Access Nuventive through Single Sign-on. For your discipline, access the left menu item “Program Planning and Mapping” and then select “Assessment Plan and Results.”
On the right window pane (expand if not already visible, click on “Program Assessment Report.” Set filters to “Active” for Course Outcome Status and Assessment Method Status.
