Time, Goals, and the Power of Routines Workshop

We have all heard about how to manage our time and how to set goals, but how often are you setting goals to achieve what YOU want? Do you think about those goals when you are looking at how you spend your time each week? Are those goals going to take you to your dreams for 3, 5, 10 or 30 years out? Come learn how to set goals that match your passion, how to use your time to pursue those goals, and how you can use the principles of Positive Psychology to make those behaviors routine.

*This will be offered in-person at the TLC Escondido, Rm. ESC-500B. Snacks and other goodies will be provided. This makes for a great extra credit opportunity for those instructors who offer it. Skillshops are FREE and open to all Palomar College students.
