2025-26 Palomar College Community College District Governing Board Goals

Goal #1: Support future-focused planning so that Palomar’s programs and services meet the evolving needs of students, employers, and the region. 

Goal #2: Deepen understanding of the college’s budget and fiscal health to promote the long-term financial stability of the district. 

Goal #3: Strengthen engagement and build connections with families, local industry, and community partners across the district. Goal #4: Support strategies that advance progress toward the enrollment goals outlined in the District’s educational vision plan.
