Auditions and Productions

• Theatre Arts •

Due to the ever-changing dynamics of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are remaining flexible and resilient as we anticipate our four theatre productions for this academic year.

  • Currently we intend to do our first production live and outdoors in the Performing Arts Courtyard.  Most likely this will be FOOLS by Neil Simon.
  • Due to the likelihood of rising covid cases with the delta variant, we anticipate that our second fall production will be live on Zoom.  This will be our 6th live production on Zoom and are proud to say that these productions have been innovative and exciting.  We consider Zoom to be a new medium for live theatre and continue to enjoy exploring the possibilities it offers. Title to be determined.
  • We are planning LITTLE SHOP OF HORROR  for our Spring Musical.  The plan is to simulcast a 3 camera shoot of the live performance from the Howard Brubeck Theatre.  This may change is college policy requires masks for indoor gatherings. (Can we imagine this show with all the actors masked? Maybe?)
  • The final production will be determined later in the season as we follow the shifting dynamics of the pandemic.
