A Virtual Experience For New Students
We are excited to welcome you as a member of the Palomar College community and look forward to supporting your academic journey as a proud Palomar Promise student. On Welcome Day, you and your family can connect online with Palomar College staff, Promise team, counselors and connect with your fellow peers . Promise Welcome Day offers an array of webinars, videos and resources to prepare you for the start of your first semester and to become acquainted with the many benefits of attending Palomar College. While we wish we could meet you in person this fall, we hope that the Virtual Promise Welcome Day will provide easy access to the information you need to have a successful transition to college. We are available to answer your questions and provide you with the support, services and resources you need via email, phone and online. We will be here to support you every step of the way!
Event Information
This year, Promise Welcome Day will take place virtually, and will host a myriad of informational webinars, recordings, social media campaigns, and helpful documents as you prepare to become #PalomarPromiseBound! The Promise team has partnered with a number of departments across campus to offer you a wide range of topics to help you successfully transition to your first year in college.

Learn about the Zoom webinars available to you and your parents during our Welcome Days on August 12 and August 13. If you are unable to participate during Welcome Days, you may access the videos and resources anytime during the month of August.
