If you already know your password and are using a district computer on the district network, you can change it yourself:

1. Change Your Password (You Know Your Current Password)
Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete
→ Select “Change a password”
→ Follow the prompts.

2. If You Forgot Your Password or Can’t Access Your Account
You have two options:

On‑Campus (San Marcos Main Campus)

Visit A‑110
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Bring a valid photo ID.
Once your ID is verified, staff will assist you with resetting your password using an office computer.

Remote (Off‑Campus)

Call: 760‑744‑1150, ext. 2140
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Please be at a computer when you call.
We will verify your photo ID and guide you through a Zoom screen‑sharing session to help you reset your password.
