Casa Cornelia Law Center– is a 501(c)(3) public interest law firm that provides pro bono legal services to immigrant communities in Southern California. Casa Cornelia provides legal services to asylum seekers, children, those who have been victims of a crime (VAWA, U Visa, and T Visa). Casa Cornelia also launched a community legal response project to meet the evolving needs of San Diego’s immigrant community. Some services under this program include legal consultations, limited-scope representation, and community outreach. Immigration Legal Services Coalition of San Diego

The immigration Legal Services Coalition of San Diego (ILSC) offers a range of legal services for immigrants and their families. they provide free or low-cost legal assistance, including consultations, education on rights, and representation for those detained by immigration enforcement. Legal Aid Society of San Diego– The Legal Aid Society of San Diego (LASSD) is a nonprofit law firm that provides free legal services to lower income San Diego residents. LASSD provides legal services to educate the public on immigration law and assist low-income immigrants to obtain lawful status, apply for citizenship, and defend against deportation. Some of their services include immigration court representation, family-based petitions, asylum and refugee seekers, those who have been victims of a crime, and more. Refugees & Immigration – JFSSD– is a nonprofit organization human services agencies that provides a variety of support to the San Diego community. Their Immigration Services Department offers low-cost immigration services such as consultations, filing forms, and applications. In addition, JFS may be able to help in cases of removal defense. Their areas of legal assistance include Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Family-based petitions, Naturalization/Citizenship, Removal hearings, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and more. Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego– is a nonprofit that provides shelter, food and immigration services. Their refugee and immigrant program provides low-cost immigration services including adjustment of status, family-based petitions, VAWA, T and U Visa support, fee waivers, DACA, citizenship/naturalization, removal defense and more.
