⏳I Have Been Waitlisted
- What is the waitlist? The waitlist is designed for BPED applicants who were not offered admission due to space limitations, but who are considered excellent candidates for admission, should space become available.
- Why was I put on the waitlist instead of being admitted? Applications to the BPED Program are expected to be very competitive. The BPED Program is a cohort program of 24 students who will be moving through each semester together, so there are space limitations.
- How do I accept placement on the waitlist? If a student is offered waitlist placement, they will receive guidance on accepting or declining their waitlist placement in the waitlist offer email.
- Is there a restriction about who can be on the waitlist? Yes. The waitlist is by invitation only after the completed application review process.
- Will I know my placement on the waitlist? No. The waitlist is not ranked. All waitlisted students are considered to be academically strong candidates.
- What happens if I am offered admission from the waitlist? If you are offered BPED Admission from the waitlist, you will have three business days to respond to accept or decline your admission offer. You must accept or decline the offer of admission by 11:59 p.m. on the third business day.
- What is counted as a business day? A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days.
