California Dream Act: Under the California Dream Act, certain community college students may be eligible for the CA Board of Governor’s Fee Waiver (BOGFW) and/or financial support from EOPS.  Students attending four-year colleges in CA may be eligible for additional grants and scholarships under this program.

DACA: Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is a federal process that defers removal action of an individual by USCIS for a specified number of years.  It is not the same as financial aid.  It does not grant lawful immigration status.  It does allow individuals to apply for an SSN and work authorizations.
