Native American Student Alliance (NASA)
Mission Statement:
Foster, encourage and motivate Native American students attending college by providing an environment in which they can relate to other Natives who are facing similar experiences, such as leaving the reservation to attain an education. More in addition, plan and organize cultural, traditional, and educational events in which Native American students can share in their cultures and traditions while educating non-Natives.

Wednesdays at 08:45 to 09:15 am in room P-8 at Palomar College.

Mission Statement:
The American Indian Science & Engineering Society (AISES) is a national, nonprofit organization which nurtures building of community by bridging science and technology with traditional Native values.
Through a variety of educational programs, AISES offers financial, academic and cultural support to American Indians to pursue studies in science, engineering, and technological arenas.
The trained professionals then become culturally informed leaders within the Indian community.
