Scope/Summary: 

Construction of a two mile road connecting Pankey Rd with State Route 76 in Fallbrook ( North San Diego County) to serve the future North Education Center, as well as adjacent private residential and commercial developments.  Project included a two lane asphalt road to San Diego County road standards, new utility services (electrical, water, communication, natural gas), and a one mile landscaping area along NEC property.

Sustainable Features:

• Use of recycled materials for road base
• All fill areas utilized native materials onsite (no imported soils)
• Critical open space, natural habitat was protected and enhanced, and will remain native in perpetuity
