About the Program

The Educational Talent Search (ETS) program helps students prepare for success after high school. ETS identifies and supports underserved students – especially those who may be the first in their family to attend college.

Through academic guidance, college preparation, and supportive resources, ETS assists students in graduating from high school, enrolling in post-secondary education, and completing a college or career program.

ETS works with students during their middle school and high school years to build the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to pursue higher education. The program also provides resources for parents and families to support students on their educational journey.

The goal of ETS is to increase the number of students from disadvantaged backgrounds who graduate from high school and successfully enroll in and complete post-secondary education.
