1. Finalize and implement recommendations from the three-year evaluation of the College governance process.  

• • Gather feedback and refine preliminary recommendations developed by the Governance Evaluation Task Force.  
  • Implement finalized recommendations and update the Governance Handbook.  
  • Task Force recommendations address:
    • Assignment of representatives to governance councils, task forces, and committees. 
    • Communication and documentation of governance outcomes. 
    • Refinement of council structure, as needed. 
    • Review of operational committees
    • Meeting times and modalities for governance councils.  

    2.  Review and update the College’s policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current legislative changes and accreditation standards, and re-establish a regular review cycle.  

    3.  Update the College’s Integrated Planning Model and related cycles by: 

• • Formally integrating the Equity Plan
  • Re-establishing planning cycles. 
  • Codifying a process to allocate resources in support of planning priorities.
