Join us every Thursday at the Howard Brubeck Theatre on the San Marcos Campus for a FREE LIVE Concert Hour Performance at the Howard Brubeck Theatre on the Palomar College Campus, San Marcos. Palomar Performing Arts is excited to open its doors to our students, staff and community members for our Free Concert Hour Series in person every Thursday at 1pm LIVE on the Howard Brubeck Theatre Stage.
Concert Hour is a FREE music enrichment series presented for our students and the community by the Palomar College Performing Arts Department.
Parking is Free in lots 1 & 15 during Concert Hour.
Tasha Smith Godinez is a musician based in San Diego, California. She is passionate about augmenting the harp repertoire and has dedicated her career to composing, commissioning, performing, and recording new music. Tasha holds a BM and MM from San Diego State University and a performance diploma from the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris, Alfred Cortot. Through her label, Ennanga Records & Publishing, Tasha offers new publications and recordings of music for the harp. In 2022, Tasha released two albums: Metamorpheses (Centaur Records), an album of six new pieces for harp solo, and Out of the Desert (Ennanga Records), a collection of her original compositions – recorded with collaborating musicians, Domenico Hueso and Christopher Garcia. Both albums gained international acclaim.
