You are invited to attend the 2025 HBCU Fall Caravan here at Palomar College on October 27, 2025! This is an exciting opportunity for California Community College (CCC) students to learn about transfer pathways to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

The 2025 CCC to HBCU Fall Caravan is an annual event that brings partner schools from the California Community Colleges Transfer Guarantee to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Program directly to community college campuses.

Over 20 HBCU partners will host information tables at each stop, providing opportunities to showcase their programs, connect with students, and highlight transfer pathways for students interested in continuing their education at an HBCU.

Palomar College is proud to host the Caravan, serving as the only San Diego Community College included among the Southern California host sites on the 2025 tour.
