In late 2016, Dr. Blake asked Kelly Helming for a redesign of the College website. The following month, the four-phase process began. Ms. Helming chose the web team, and the first phase, discovery, began. Partially in response to a claim that our Palomar 2015 design lacked “wow”, the team named the project the “Palomar.edu WOW ReDesign.”
