An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 20, 2026

Please join your colleagues for a wonderful YOGA session for stress reduction.  In these workshops you will focus on mind, body, and spirit while being guided through gentle yoga poses to increase flexibility and strength.  Immediately following the yoga session, there will be meditation to focus on the positivity in our lives.
