Please join your colleagues for a wonderful YOGA session for stress reduction. In these workshops you will focus on mind, body, and spirit while being guided through gentle yoga poses to increase flexibility and strength. (12:00pm-12:45pm)
Immediately following the yoga session, there will be meditation to focus on the positivity in our lives.(12:45pm-1:00pm)
